SINBRAN® Filter Elements for painting applications
To realize a spot-free painting surface the surface should not be contaminated. These contaminations are not only silicones but also some oils and grease.
The filter element needs to be free of paint-wetting impairment substances (PWIS-free) and no particles may be released from the element.
SINBRAN® Filter elements are made from Polyethylene, PTFE and stainless steel. No production aids are used.
In the case of the porous sintered body, the individual particles are solidly melt together at their contact surfaces. In contrast to felts, woven fabrics or spunbond materials, no particles or fibers can bleed out during operation and contaminate the dust.
The membrane is laminated onto the surface of the porous tubes. It filters the dust on the surface reliably and prevents contaminating the element by dust penetrating into the filter element.
The reeinforcement bars from stainless steel are neutral against the product.
The EPDM gaskets are produced free of contaminations.
The SINBRAN® filter elements and their components are produced purely thermally or mechanically.
No production aids like lubricants, oils, adhesives, potting or solvents are used. This prevents the product from being contaminated by the SINBRAN® filter elements.
The production machines are designed accordingly and are freed from unintentional contamination by a special cleaning step before each production batch.
1. Low emissions:
The microfine structure of the ePTFE membrane ensures filtration efficiency better than 99,9%.
2. Easy and complete cleaning when changing products:
The simple, round geometry does not create wrinkles or dead angles.
3. 100 % PTFE membrane:
The material with the best anti-adhesive properties.
4. Flexible:
Different adapters and a choice of lengths ensure a wide range of applications.
In the nearly 20 years that have passed since the market introduction of SINBRAN® filter elements, several thousand elements have successfully been used in painting and coating applications.
